Country Music Hall of Famer Roger Miller took the country (and pop) music world by storm with his iconic hit 'King Of The Road'.  A multi-grammy award winner, the song sold over a million copies in 1965.

And it was also in 1965 that Jody Miller (no relation) 'answered' that smash hit with a smash hit of her own, 'Queen Of The House'.  In fact, Jody won a Grammy of her own with the hit, 1966's 'Best Female Country Vocal Performance'!

Jody began her successful career in the early 1960's, known primarily as a 'folk/pop' artist.  She went on to have several hit's, including 'He's So Fine', 'Baby I'm Yours' and 'There's A Party Goin' On', all Top 10 Country hits.  Her last chart single came in 1979.

So whatever happened to Jody Miller?

Well, I'm happy to say she is alive and well!

Jody has released several Christian Music albums and, in fact, in 1999 was inducted into the Country Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame.

Jody is 74 years old.
