The owner of a bar in the northern South Dakota town of Herreid and three other people face felony arson charges in a fire that significantly damaged the business.

Road House Bar and Grill owner Lori Brandner also faces a felony insurance fraud charge for filing an insurance claim after the January 21 fire.

Brandner could face up to 20 years in prison and $40,000 in fines if convicted. Her husband, Pete Brandner, says she declined comment.

Campbell County State's Attorney Mark Kroontje reported that a bar employee also is charged in the case.

Also charged are two North Dakota residents who are not connected with the business.
