(AP) - Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto has had enough of rowdy fans causing trouble and leaving a mess after concerts.

Public safety officials broke up 15 fights, took 24 people to hospitals and responded to 150 emergency calls related to Luke Bryan's concert in Pittsburgh on Saturday. Peduto says 50,000 fans left behind mounds of trash in parking lots, surrounding neighborhoods and in the Allegheny River.

He says there's no reason for taxpayers to bear the burden for garbage removal and public safety response. He says the city will start billing promoters for those services.

A Kenny Chesney concert in Pittsburgh last year resulted in more than 70 arrests and more than 45,000 pounds of garbage.
