Heartbreaker Comedian Is Totally In Love With ‘Hot’ Iowa Mom

Comedian and heartthrob Matt Rife has been making a name for himself in the comedy world. He's making stops across the Sioux Empire during his "ProbleMATTic World Tour" including South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.

During Matt's most recent trip to Iowa, he reunited with an old flame...her name is Christina Reeder from Des Moines (AKA The "hottest mom ever" in Iowa.).

So who is Christina Reeder and how did Comedian Matt Rife fall head over heels for this Iowa mom? Multiple stories from the Des Moines Register break down this Midwestern love story.

Christina Reeder first met the young comedian last March at his show at the Funny Bone comedy club in West Des Moines. Matt found Christina in the crowd and she was the punch line for some of his famous crowd-work jokes. Once Matt found out Christina was also a grandmother, he was hooked. The audience could tell he was smitten. Matt even told Christina, "You are so hot."  She even made Matt cookies and gave him a gift. The video of their interaction went viral and has more than 6 million views.

Matt Rife was just in Ames, Iowa for his "ProbleMATTic World Tour" where he told the story about his last trip to the state. He tells the sold-out crowd that he hasn't spoken to Christina in forever and he was hoping she was in the crowd. Well guess what...Christina was in the front row!

The reunion was everything Matt and the audience hoped for.

Christina Reeder tells the Des Moines Register that she is flattered by Matt's compliments, but she thinks of herself as just an average woman.

“I don’t understand any of this at all. Like I get it, it was a funny interaction or whatever, but for people — like when he said ‘hottest mom ever,’ Are you kidding? I’m like average on the looks.”
