F-Bomb Dropped By Who? The Pope?

I share this story because I work with words. In working with words you are always at risk of making an error typing or speaking.

I've made my share of mistakes and I'm sure there are more in my future. But this story of another persons mistake really caught my attention.

Pope Francis may need to go to confession. He said what? The 'F' word? To the world!

He accidentally dropped an Italian F-bomb during his Sunday blessing from the Vatican.

He meant to use the Italian word for 'example,' which is 'caso.'

Instead, he used the word 'cazzo,' which Italians use as a synonym for the four-letter obscenity.

He quickly corrected himself as millions of people were hanging on to every word he was saying.
