CLOSE RACE: Apple Picking or Pumpkin Patch?

The votes to Friday's poll question have been unbelievably close. This has been the toughest race so far: going apple picking or visiting a pumpkin patch.

We all have our favorite memories of each fall activity.  When I went to the pumpkin patch as a kid, the farm offered a variety of activities to do, including camel rides!  The farm always had hayrides through the pumpkin patch, and my family, of course, always enjoyed seeing the rows of pumpkins.  We'll just skip other details about those hayrides.  Trust me...it's best for you not to ask any questions.

The curious child pictured above is actually my cousin, Dominic.  He loves picking apples from the trees and looking for pumpkins in the pumpkin patch.  I asked him what his favorite fall activity is and he couldn't decide.  He loves everything about fall and he's not alone.
