With everything shut down, you may find yourself watching more TV than usual.  So why not get paid?

There is a company that will pay you to binge-watch every single Harry Potter film.

Dakota News Now reports that the media and education website EDsmart will pay five people $1,000.  The viewers will each receive a Harry Potter Marathon Survival Kit and every Harry Potter Blu-Ray movie.

How do you get paid?  You need to watch all eight Harry Potter movies and the two Fantastic Beasts spin-off movies.

After watching all the films, the lucky participants will be asked to rank each movie and write about it online.

How much couch time would you have invest to watch all these films?  The company estimates 24 hours and 6 minutes.  That works out to about $41.50 per hour.  Not a bad gig if you can get it.

"Most of the Muggle world is struggling with self-isolation and not having a normal routine–like we’re all living in the cupboard under the stairs at 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging," the company said in a release Friday.

I have no idea what any of that means, but for $1000 I could learn to be a Potter fan real quick.
