According to Homesnacks, the most expensive town in Minnesota is the Minneapolis suburb of Hopkins.

Located in the northeast metro of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Hopkins is a town of around 19,000 people and has been growing steadily for the past few decades. But what makes it the most expensive in the entire state?

Homesnacks based its result on Median Home Income, Home Price to Income Ratio, and Income to Rent Ratio. Based on that criteria, Hopkins took the top spot in Minnesota, with the second most expensive Home Price to Income Ratio along with the fourth most expensive Income to Rent Ratio in the State. It was also named the most expensive town in 2022 as well. Hopkins Median Income comes in at $60,824 and the median home value is $289,500.
