With technology constantly changing and improving, you would think most people would use it to the best of their abilities.  However, it is refreshing to know people still prefer reading an actual book over looking at a screen.

According to Just Publishing Advice, Amazon's Kindle offers over 6 million Ebooks to avid readers through its device. The world can easily access any book at any time just with this device alone.  That being said, going to the library may be a foreign concept for some younger children.

When I was in high school, we were a one-to-one laptop program.  Each student had her own laptop and most books were available online.  Other books were only available online, like my freshman year math book.  It was frustrating and difficult not having the textbook in front of me, especially in math.

I feel like I connect best with a story when I hold a book in my hand.  I wanted to see if our listeners felt the same way.  Our KXRB Morning Show listeners always find ways to surprise me just as they did with this poll.  Here are the results:

Ebooks: 44

Books: 7

Some people did say they prefer both depending on what's easier for them to read at night.  What are your thoughts?  Do you like to read actual books or Ebooks?
