In 1979 Kenny Rogers had a career boost.

No, let me re-phrase that.  Kenny had an enormous career boost!  Much more than a million selling hit, 'The Gambler' was and is Kenny's signature song.

Not only that, the song was then turned into a series of TV movies starring....yep, Kenny as the Gambler.

But that was then and this is now, right?  What's over and past is over and past?

Well, don't fold 'em yet.
