Bibi Sol will be opening its doors in Downtown Sioux Falls in the former Mrs. Murphy’s Irish Gifts space at 219 South Phillips Avenue. This restaurant is a dream come true for a dynamic mother-daughter team.

Owners of Salas Salsas Marcella Salas and mom Patricia Burbine started their firey business making and selling homemade salsa. Marcella and her mom could be found everywhere around the Sioux Empire spreading the word about Salas Salsas including the Falls Park Farmers Market, Brandon Winter Market, and local Hy-Vee stores. This salsa is hot stuff and Sioux Falls can't get enough of it!

Their new restaurant Bibi Sol promises to bring this flavor to life and give its Sioux Empire patrons a truly unique experience.

I have tried the salsa from Salas Salsas and let me say...it's really tasty! It does have heat. But it's so worth it!
