
Sioux Falls Mayor Paul Wants You To Run With Him On 4th of July
We are days away from the big 4th of July holiday, and towns across Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota are celebrating with a bang!
Sioux Falls is hosting a week-long July 4th events across the city. But now there's a bonus event to add to the party...Mayor Paul TenHaken is challenging you to run with him this week!

It's no secret that Mayor Paul is a strong fitness advocate for Sioux Falls. He even encourages residents to get active and move during his annual 100 Miles 100 Days Mayor's Fitness challenge. Now, Mayor Paul is challenging you to a "casual" run on 4th of July morning.
If you're losing track of the 100 Miles 100 Days Mayor's Fitness challenge, July 4th will be the 70th day of fitness!
In a Facebook post from Mayor Paul, the plan is to start the run at Yankton Trail Park at the Minnesota Avenue Trailhead entrance. Have your shoes on and ready by 7:30 AM this Friday, July 4th. And thanks to Mayor Paul, some runners can win gift cards to 605 Running and Scheels!
No signup. No specified distance. Just show up and run together!
