Sioux Falls Cab Driver Points Gun Over Parking Space Dispute

A Sioux Falls Cab driver was allegedly so upset with another cab driver that he pointed a gun during an argument.  The dispute was over a parking space.

Police were called to the 2800 block of North Jaycee Lane at 6:43 PM on Wednesday October 11.  In a statement, Sergeant Robert Forster says after responding officers arrived and conducted an investigation it was found that a dispute had taken place between two cab drivers and the suspect had pointed a handgun at the victim during an argument over a parking space.

Josef Adam Barszca was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.
