Many people think that BBQ-ing is simply throwing a couple brats and burgers on the grill and calling it good.  Others, may be a bit more adventurous and take the time to pick the perfect steak or chop, the tastiest marinade or rub and then baby-sit the grill until it's done just the way you want it.  No matter what type of BBQ-er you are, there is always going to be room for improvement.  Good thing there is a class for that!

If taking your BBQ to the next level is something you want to do, then make reservations to attend a BBQ Competition class called 'The Art and Science of Competition BBQ'.  The class is going to be held at the South Dakota State Fairgrounds in Huron, South Dakota, from 3pm to 10pm Friday, April 25th, and 6:30am to 2pm on Saturday, April 26th.

The class gives BBQ-ers the chance to enter the world of what it would be like to be a World BBQ Champion and learn all the secrets of the professional BBQ-ers.  The instructor for the 'The Art and Science of Competition BBQ' will be Kelly Wertz from the World Champion BBQ team, 4 Legs Up BBQ.

Class size is limited to the first 20 paid reservations.
