Grace Place Farm & Gardens is part of a growing movement in Sioux Falls toward local food systems and sustainable agriculture. We want people to know their farmers, see where their food comes from, and taste the difference fresh and local can make. Our motto really says it all: 'farm to family.'"

-Mason Prescott, Farm Director

Grace Place Farm & Gardens is a brand-new, faith based, market farm, led by a group of young, self taught farmers. They may be 'newbies' to the world of farming, but they're highly driven and are mentored by South Dakota specialty crop producers.

Their mission?

1) grow nutritionally-dense food for the neighboring community

2) operate a profitable farm that generates revenue for re-investment & expansion

3) educate and mentor others in sustainable agriculture

Grace Place Farm & Gardens began with a big word from God and a wholehearted “yes.” Although none of our team had prior farming experience, we were full of determination. We trusted God and got to work, learning as we went.
