School has already started for some kids and is just around the corner for others here in the Sioux Empire.

As parents prepare to get their kiddos back to the classroom in what is bound to be one of the strangest school years on record, one Sioux Falls business is holding a back to school bash this Saturday in a parking lot at 57th street and Louise Avenue.

Highest Health Chiropractic here in Sioux Falls is hosting their free kid's carnival from 10:00 to 2:00 PM on Saturday (August 22). As Dakota News Now reports, this is the second year in-a-row the owners of Highest Health Chiropractic have put on the event.

Again this year, the event is absolutely free for kids, parents, and families to attend, but cash donations are being accepted that will benefit the Sanford Children's Hospital.

According to Dakota News Now, the theme of this year's event is baseball, and there will be a number of fun activities planned during the four hour period. Event goers can expect to see vendors like; Groove Inc., Dynamic Martial Arts, and even Home Solutions will be on hand with bird houses.

The gang from Honey Baked Ham will also be serving up hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and gluten free options that you can buy for lunch. Plus, every kiddo that day will receive a free goody bag and cotton candy to take home.
