SPAM is big in Hawaii and now the Minnesota-based company has come up with a New Limited-edition Hawaiian Spam can and other cool items.
Hawaii residents consume a staggering quantity of Spam annually.
Minnesota's Hormel reports that nearly seven million cans of the canned meat product are devoured on the Hawaiian islands every year.
That figure is the most of any other state in the nation.
SPAM / Hormel headquarters is located in Austin, Minnesota.
In a unique collaboration, the makers of SPAM have joined forces with renowned Hawaiian muralist and artist Kamea Hadar to create an exclusive, limited-edition design to place on the iconic canned meat product's packaging.

Responding to the devastating events on Maui, the makers of SPAM have stepped up with a substantial aid package.
Hawaii News Now Reports Hormel / SPAM contributed over $1 million in monetary assistance and product donations to support relief efforts in the wake of the disaster that struck the Hawaiian island.
They also donated $170,000 worth of proceeds from their “SPAM Brand Loves Maui” t-shirt sales to the Aloha United Way Fire Relief Fund.
The Hawaii Collector’s Edition SPAM cans are available at grocery retailers across Hawaii and online.
