‘Grandstaff’ Is Not The Statler Brothers, But They Are ‘Relatively’ Close

If you love traditional real country music with beautiful harmonies that tells a story (and don't we all!), there's probably one group that immediately comes to mind.

The Statler Brothers.  Wow, when you look back at the musical history of the boys, it's no wonder they are in the Country Music Hall of Fame, and truly were 'Entertainers On And Off The Record'.

Will we ever have another 'Statler Brothers'?  Of course not.

But gee....this duo 'Grandstaff'...well, if you close your eyes and listen close...they do have beautiful harmonies that are reminiscent of the Statlers.

Strange.

Well, not really.  'Grandstaff', you see, are Wil and Langdon Reid.  Nope, not brothers, but cousin's...and son's of Harold and Don Reid!

Give them a listen.  Beautiful harmonies.  Traditional.  Proud of their family musical heritage.

These guy's get it.  I hope we hear a lot more from them!
