Goal Setting For Seniors [AUDIO]
No matter what you want to change about your life, author and life coach Caroline Adams Miller says setting goals will help you do it!
As a senior, setting goals causes you to think about exactly what you want to achieve, the problems you might encounter along the way, possible solutions to those problems and the steps you'll need to take to reach your goals. Caroline says setting realistic, achievable goals will help to keep you motivated and instill a sense of pride in your accomplishments.
In Caroline's words, "no, it's never too late to set goals. In fact, we always need to be pursuing things and then re-engaging in life with fresh goals. When we study the high achievers that's what they do.---always re-engaging in life with fresh goals. There is no age limit to this. In fact, one of my friends just became a coach at 67! Life begins to be stale if you're not going after projects that are exciting to you regardless of age."
Caroline Adams Miller talks about goal setting on Thursday's "I Love Life" series at 12:50pm on KXRB.
