The Chew Chew food truck is a new Sioux Falls option from the creators of Carpenter Bar, The Treasury, and Highball Bar. It's like a fun restaurant on wheels!

Sioux Falls can enjoy tasty meals from the new Chew Chew food truck for lunch or dinner. The favorite Cinco de Mayo items from The Treasury inspire the first menu for the Chew Chew. This includes:

  • Chips & Salsa
  • Chips & Queso
  • Street Corn Fries (Roasted corn with mayonnaise, cotija, and cilantro)
  • Nachos (Chips with your choice of meat with beans, crema, radish, and cilantro)
  • Street Tacos
    • Carne Asada
    • Grilled Chicken
    • Pork
    • Shrimp
    • Sopes ( Fried Masa, vegetarian refried beans, queso fresco, lettuce, crema, radish, and cilantro)

Wednesday, June 12th is the first official day for Chew Chew! You can find the new Sioux Falls Food truck on Wednesdays from 11 AM to 1 PM at Cherapa Place and Thursdays through Saturdays from 5 PM to 9 PM at Highball Bar.
