It's no secret that 50 burgers is a lot to eat for anyone in this year's Downtown Sioux Falls Burger Battle. But we all know someone is going to try to complete the impossible!

At this point, I know I won't be able to eat all 50 burgers. But that won't stop me from giving as many burger reviews as I can! The next burger on our list is from Glacial Lakes Distillery and Brewhouse with the Black Sheep Food Truck. Say hello to the "Buenos Aires Burger."

According to a previous article from my co-worker Jeff Harkness, Glacial Lakes Distillery and Brewhouse have teamed up with the Black Sheep Food Truck to create the Buenos Aires Burger. The burger is "a two smash patty Argentinian style burger with a bone marrow chimichurri sauce and olive oil spread with a creamy brie sauce. Served in a whole wheat bun and a side of Waldorf salad." I'm intrigued! Especially when it involves brie!

I was genuinely surprised by this burger! I loved the taste packed into this meal. It was like Mediterranean meets a mild spice flare. The flavor explodes with the mixture of olives and brie sauce. And the bone marrow chimichurri sauce? It's the bonus to this burger. The wheat bun was actually my favorite part!
