I'll be honest....50 burgers is a lot to eat in this year's Downtown Sioux Falls Burger Battle. But we all know someone is going to try to complete the impossible!

I don't think I can handle all 50 burgers. However, that won't stop me from giving as many burger reviews as I can! One of the first burgers I wanted to try was from Remedy Brewing Company. This one is for all the beer cheese lovers!

According to a previous article from my co-worker Jeff Harkness, The Brewmaster Burger from Remedy Brewing Company is a "rich, buttery Queen Bee Wheat Bun with a decadently tender local Wagyu beef patty. Sweet-savory tomato jam meets velvety cold-smoked American cheese, while crisp shrettuce and ultra-light fried onion tanglers add the perfect texture and crunch. Crowning the burger is a bright, tangy duo of dill beer cheese aioli and beer mustard that ties every note together in true brewpub fashion, served with crisp, golden Sidewinder fries." Give me all the cheese, please!

This is my first burger in this year's battle, and already it's my favorite.

This burger from Remedy Brewing Company is messy, but the taste makes up for it. The Brewmaster Burger is your classic pub burger with cheese in every bite. The tomato jam is the perfect pair for this cheese, too! No flavor is left behind in this meal!

In my opinion, this could be the best burger ever from Remedy Brewing Company. It's going to be hard to beat!
