We’ve All Seen This Person During the Winter

We've all see that person making their way through town after a snow storm who couldn't be bothered to clean off their entire windshield. If that five minuets it would have taken to brush the snow off is make or break for you, maybe ya should've left sooner.

And if the cops pull you over you'll really be late. Like what happened to this person in Massachusetts and posted on Facebook by the  Massachusetts State Police

OK, so that wasn't the reason he was arrested - it probably had to do with the stolen car he was driving, the gun he had on him, the drugs... well, you get the picture.
