Sometimes the best things come in small sizes and that's certainly true when it comes to WalletHub's latest list of the "Best Small Cities in the U.S.".

It's no secret that some of the small cities in the entire country are found in the Land of Ten Thousand Lakes and Wallethub recently placed two of them near the very top of its list.

The rankings were based on a number of key factors, including education, health, quality of life, local economy, affordability, and safety.
