College Basketball had quite the shakeup within the past week.

We've always suspected it, but now a new survey confirms that Minnesota is one of the smartest states in the country.

Not much changed in this week's poll, but there was a bit of a shake-up in the Class AA Boys rankings following another tough loss for Roosevelt.

Minnesota had 6 counties make the list of the top 256 counties, although I think they might have been selective in choosing what counties were looked at.
