Sioux Falls School Target of Nationwide Bomb Threat
Sioux Falls Police believe a Monday morning bomb threat at Lowell Elementary school was part of a nationwide automated call.
Police Lt. John Lohr says a thorough check of the building didn't turn up any suspicious items.
"We feel this incident might be related to a nationwide bomb scare in which numerous schools had been given the same type of call indicating there may be a bomb in a building."
Lohr says Lowell Elementary school was not evacuated.
