No matter how many burgers are part of this year's Downtown Sioux Falls Burger Battle, it's hard to decide which burgers to try. But someone has to do it! I don't think I can try almost 40 burgers. But I am going to try! The next burger on this journey is from Woodgrain Brewing Company and is called The OhhGee Burger.

According to a previous article from my co-worker Jeff Harkness, The OhhGee Burger is "a fresh 1/4 lb. chuck patty seasoned and seared to perfection. Then topped with aged white cheddar. 1/4 lb. of 14-hour smoked pulled pork is placed next, then layered with in-house-made chimichurri slaw and bacon relish. All of this awesomeness is secure between a freshly buttered and toasted potato bun. The OhhGee is accompanied by a side of Jo’s Southern Style Baked Mac and Cheese." Once again, WoodGrain Brewing Company is partnering with the local food truck Southern Perfection BBQ. This partnership was like a match made in heaven. And the mac and cheese? The cherry on top!

Even though this is only my second burger, this is one of my top picks in this competition. You would think the meats and flavors would be overpowering, but together they're sweet. I'm not a huge pulled pork fan. However, you can tell pulled pork was a labor of love. In fact, you can tell a lot of effort was put into creating this burger. The baked mac and cheese was nothing short of perfect from Southern Perfection BBQ. It's not your typical side for a burger, but the combination of flavors with the mac and cheese make a great team!

Here Are 13 of Your Favorite Fried Foods

Some foods need a fryer, others should never go near one. Forget baking. We are so obsessed with eating deep-fat fried foods. And every time you turn around, there's another menu filled with most of the items that have bathed in a hot-boiling fat vat.

There seems to be no end to what a deep fat fryer can cook. And we prove it every day with our love of crispy, greasy, burnt-tongue, salty foods.

I won't argue that an order of onion rings or sweet potato fries is the best marriage partner to a burger. Especially when they are made from scratch. So, pile them high.

What are some other delights that need the fryer?
