SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A sculpture has been repaired and is returning to its place in an annual exhibition in downtown Sioux Falls after it was damaged by vandals.

The Argus Leader reports the piece called "Book Peddlers" was knocked from its perch in front of a bank last month. It is being reinstalled Thursday morning after being repaired.

The website for SculptureWalk says the piece is valued at $25,800. Jeff Hanson with the exhibition says repair costs aren't yet known, but initial estimates were between $500 and $1,000.

Another sculpture in the exhibition called "Raven" went missing from its spot across the street from "Book Peddlers." It was found the next day in a park.
