Peek Inside Sioux Falls' Newest Mom-and-Pop Pizza Kitchen

A create-your-own pizza shop has opened in south Sioux Falls, brand new and ready for business.

Invictus Pizza made its debut this week in the old Pizza Rev building, across the street from Hy-Vee on South Louise Avenue.

I had the opportunity to speak with Tiffany Ralls, the General Manager of Invictus Pizza Kitchen this week, where she spoke about what sets the new pizzeria apart from all of its competitors in the Sioux Falls Metro.

For starters, Invictus Pizza Kitchen stands out for its sheer amount of homemade sauces and recipes. Tiffany anticipates another big draw will be the calzones, which are sorely lacking in many Sioux Falls' Pizza Shops. Another unique thing about Invictus is the menu, which the staff has a lot of say in.

Posted on the big chalkboard right when you walk in, you'll see the pizza of the month, chosen by an Invictus staff member. This month, Selena's choice is a thin crust, with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green peppers, and mushrooms, drizzled with chipotle sour cream on top.
