SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A judge has ordered no bond for a Minnesota man accused of killing a woman and injuring a man in Sioux Falls.

Thirty-one-year-old Janno Talla was arrested Thursday night near his residence of Worthington, Minnesota, on warrants for murder and aggravated assault. The Argus Leader reports that he appeared in court Monday and was ordered to be held without bond in the Minnehaha County Jail.

Talla is accused of stabbing a 19-year-old Ammuna Gayya and 27-year-old Denga Kotudi in a Sioux Falls apartment Thursday afternoon. Gayya died at a hospital from her injuries and Kotudi is expected to recover.

Authorities have said Talla knew the victims but they haven't released details about the relationships.

It wasn't immediately clear if Talla has an attorney.
