New York Man Creating His Own Sovereign Nation

It's located on a piece of land in a remote part of Utah, and it's called Zagistan. And if the owner gets his way, it'll someday be a real honest to goodness, stand alone country.

Zac Landsberg has created his very own sovereign nation, complete with yellow and red flag, official looking passports, and a border patrol gate.

His motto for what he's doing is "Something from Nothing."

When asked why he's doing it, Landsberg replied,

"To see how far I can push the concepts of land ownership and sovereignty."

He admits it started out as nothing more than a simple "artistic exploration," but has since turned into something much deeper.
