Natalie Stovall Auditioned for ‘The Voice’ Season 13
Natalie Stovall jumped on Twitter on Sept. 12 to let fans know that she has auditioned for The Voice. The fiddle phenom / singer / songwriter took a break from her relentless touring schedule with her band the Drive to try out for the hit TV singing competition.
In addition to helming her own band and maintaining their tour schedule, Stovall also performs with radio host Bobby Bones and his band the Raging Idiots. The prolific shared her excitement over her audition for The Voice with her fans on social media.
"Y’ALL. It’s been SO HARD to keep it a secret," she writes. "But FINALLY, I can tell you I auditioned for @NBCTheVoice!!! #TeamStovall #TheVoice"
Stovall's passionate fan base came back in response to her tweet with rabid support for the news. The artist says on her website that she is working on an album that's set for release this year; her last release was the EP Heartbreak in February of 2016.
Season 13 of The Voice will begin on Sept. 25, Blake Shelton and fellow judges Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine and Jennifer Hudson at the helm. Billy Ray Cyrus and Rascal Flatts are among those who have been drafted as mentors for the season.
