Mark And Christine Giving Away Tickets To Kristofferson Concert

He wrote Sunday Morning Coming Down. He wrote Me and Bobby McGee. He wrote Help Me Make It Through The Night. He wrote For The Good Times.

Those songs are more than Country Music Classics. They're American Music Standards.

He wrote and recorded one of the most beautiful and stirring songs of the past 50 years, Why Me Lord. And 'He' is coming to the Washington Pavilion Sunday evening November 10 at 7:00 P.M.

He of course is the legendary Kris Kristofferson.

Kristofferson achieved remarkable success as a country songwriter at the start of the 1970s. His songs “Me and Bobby McGee,” “Help Me Make It Through the Night,” “Sunday Morning Coming Down” and “For the Good Times,” all chart-topping hits, helped redefine country songwriting. By 1987, it was estimated that more than 450 artists had recorded Kristofferson’s compositions.
