Livestock producers, there's profit to be made in Bison. But how do you get into it?

We took the opportunity to visit with The National Bison Association at the National NAFB Convention in Kansas City. We talked with Executive Director, Dave Carter.

'People discovered Bison meat tastes good, now the demand is greater than the supply,' explains Carter. He encourages producers to get in the business.
