Joe Nichols Loves His Arkansas Razorbacks

(AP) - It's tough being a college football fan if you have to work Saturdays. And that's the deal for Joe Nichols finds himself in.

The county music star is a big fan of the University of Arkansas. And he says it's hard to follow his beloved Razorbacks because he is "always working" Saturdays, especially in the fall. Nichols says he doesn't get to see many games in person - unless he's working near the team. He doesn't see that happening this season. But when he does, he says he enjoys the sport - especially since he can usually score a spot on the sidelines.

When he's on the road, he tries to catch games on his tour bus - but has to make sure he doesn't hurt his singing voice by shouting too loud.
