Van Crashes Into Sioux Falls Daycare. Here’s What Happened
A scary incident on Wednesday morning at a Sioux Falls daycare.
Dakota News Now is reporting that a vehicle crashed into the front door of Truks-N-Trykes day care center on South Minnesota Avenue near 34th Street around 9:30 AM on Wednesday, (April 9).
Thankfully, no injuries were reported to any of the kids and staff members as a result of the accident.

Truks-N-Trykes owner Jeremy Cotton told Dakota News Now, "We had an accident today at the center. Everybody is safe, kids are all safe. Everything is going as well as it could. Right now, that’s about all that we know. Structurally, we’re going to figure out what we’re going to do with the building, but everybody is safe."
Talk about a freak accident.
Having a van crash through the front door of your child's daycare facility is about the last thing you'd expect to happen when you drop off your little one for daycare each day.
According to Dakota News Now, representatives from Truks-N-Trykes were on top of the situation right away. They notified parents and guardians of the children staying at the daycare immediately after the accident occurred. Parents were instructed to come pick up their children so that a damage assessment could be conducted.
