What Makes Minnesota A Great Place for Singles
There are numerous reasons why Minnesota made the top 10 in this study. For instance, Minnesota has thriving urban centers like Minneapolis and St. Paul. There is a ton of nightlife, restaurant choices, and cultural attractions, all designed for people looking to meet new people.
Minnesota is great if you love being outdoors. The state has beautiful parks, lakes for swimming and boating, trails for biking and hiking, and awesome winter sports like skiing and ice skating. These activities make it easy to meet people who share your interests.
Minnesota has strong companies in healthcare, technology, banking, and retail. This means there are plenty of job opportunities for young people starting their careers.
Wallet Hub considered all kinds of things when they were putting this study together, including: dating economics, which examined housing prices and the affordability of dating venues like movies, coffee shops, and more.

In the romance and fun category, they examined online dating safety, crime rates, the number of music festivals, amusement parks, nightlife options, and more.
