BBQ Superstar Cooks With Denver Broncos Quarterback
If you like to cook outdoors, chances are you have seen a video or two from Matt Pittman. He is a superstar in the barbeque community and is best known for his brand, Meat Church.
I have been following Matt Pittman's Meat Church for quite some time on YouTube and have yet to be let down by a single recipe of his. Pittman has been smoking, grilling, and cooking out of his backyard Texas smokehouse for years and his videos have millions upon millions of views.
The Flavors of Meat Church
As someone who loves to cook outdoors year-round, I am very familiar with the seasonings that Meat Church offers. I have at least eight of Meat Church's signature seasonings in my cabinet right now and use them regularly. The main retail store is located in Waxahachie, Texas, and one of these days, I am going to make the pilgrimage to the official Meat Church store.
Thankfully, you do not have to leave Northern Colorado to get Meat Church's rubs and seasonings. You can pick your Meat Church barbeque rubs, brines, and seasonings at places like Scheels in Johnstown, Frank's BBQ Trading Post in Loveland, Buc-ee's in Johnstown, and various Ace Hardware locations in Colorado.
Meat Church's Connection With the Denver Broncos
Meat Church's Matt Pittman recently teamed up with Denver Broncos quarterback, Jarrett Stidham, to make a delicious-looking dish called Crack Burgers. Pittman and Stidham combined ground beef, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon, cheddar cheese, and seasoned with Meat Church Blanco seasoning. Check out the video:
This is one of those burgers that I cannot wait to make at home. I am sure they will be a hit with the family at dinner. I do have to have something to say to the man, the myth, and the legend, Mr. Meat Church.
Dear Matt Pittman,
Thanks so much for making your videos. They have helped me make countless memorable dinners. From smoked brisket, chicken sandwiches, and even chili, keep the great food content coming. As a Coloradan, I am going to need one of those Colorado Meat Church shirts ASAP!
