Interview with Dakota News Now Morning Anchor, Vanessa Gomez

Earlier today, we were able to catch up with Vanessa Gomez of Dakota News Now on "Andy and Christine in the Morning". Vanessa has been the Morning Anchor since September of last year.

In the interview, Gomez discussed the latest details regarding the coronavirus and its impact in the state of South Dakota. The number of people infected with Cov-19 has jumped dramatically in recent days and the anchor explained how our community leaders are addressing the rapid increase in cases.

She also explained how things have changed for the Dakota News Now staff in recent days and how it can be difficult co-anchoring a show when you're not in the same room with your co-host.
