You know you do it - creep on other peoples' Facebook pages - looking at their PERFECT families and their PERFECT vacations and their PERFECT lives.

According to a new study done at the University of Copenhagen, Facebook lurking is a real thing and it can easily lead to holiday depression.

They call it "a deterioration of mood" induced by "unrealistic social comparisons" between your life and the lives of your friends.

It probably won't surprise you, but those same researchers say the best cure for lurking depression - stepping away from social media.
