Gage Brothers of Sioux Falls Will Build New Plant in Northeast Part of the City
A Sioux Falls company that has been in business and in the same location for over 100 years is moving.
According to KDLT News Gage Brothers will build and relocate to the northeast part of Sioux Falls on North Bahnson Avenue.
The precast concrete producer has been at the same location in Sioux Falls since its founding in 1915. Gage Brothers president Tom Kelley says business growth has exceeded its existing capacity to the point where the company has turned away work. Once completed in January 2019, the new facility is expected to increase Gage Brothers’ manufacturing capacity by 60 percent.
KDLT indicates that the 210,000 square foot plant will cost $40 million dollars and should be completed in 2019.
