Fewer People Going to Sit Down Restaurants
As you make your plans for lunch, a new study finds that you're less likely to visit a sit-down restaurant.
A study conducted by a restaurant trade group finds that the eight dollars now being charged for the average lunch is simply too much.
And the result is more and more sit-down restaurants are being forced to close their doors.
Speculation is, in addition to higher prices, society nowadays doesn't want to take the time to sit down and eat a meal somewhere.
With more and more employees choosing to work through their lunch hours, the grab-and-go food segment is what people are going for.
