It was the final race of the 2016 regular season. Now it's Chase to the Championship.

The 10-race Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup kicks off Sunday, September 18 at Chicagoland Speedway as the 16-driver field will be gradually cut down over several rounds to 12, then 8 and finally the Championship 4 before the title is won November 20 in Miami. See who's in The Chase.

It was an extra special victory for Hamlin, who grew up nearby. It was exciting for him to win in front of his hometown crowd.

Kyle Larson charged from 12th to second on the two lap overtime run after fresh tires were installed on his car. But that's as far up as he got, without time to catch Hamlin.

Martin Truex, Jr. was third, Brad Keselowski came in fourth and Kevin Harvick was fifth. See where your driver finished.
