This weekend (January 20 - 21) Deadwood, SD. gets an extra shot of excitement as the ISOC Amsoil Championship SnoCross Series hits the Black Hills.

150 of the world's best snocross racers will vie for the championship in this adrenaline-fueled showdown.

My family and I have been to the annual event in the Black Hills and it's amazing what these racers can do on these snowmobiles. They catch some serious air!

Tucker Hibbert, Ross Martin, Robbie Malinoski, Jennifer Pare, and Tim Tremblay (who is currently first in points on the tour) will race in the Deadwood Snocross Showdown.

The SnoCross Championship is at the Days of '76 Rodeo Grounds with the races starting at 12:50 PM on Friday and at 8:25 AM on Saturday.

2-day passes are only $5 for kids, and $30 for adults so it's an affordable weekend adventure. Plus, with high temperatures expected to be around 40 degrees, it'll be an enjoyable time in the Hills.
