Craig Wayne Boyd Reveals Secret to His Amazing Hair

Craig Wayne Boyd's hair is so great because it's full of secrets. At the 2017 ACM Awards, Boyd spilled the secret to maintaining celebrity-grade hair 24/7.

“It’s what they call a hot tool,” he tells Taste of Country. “I discovered it while I was on The Voice. That’s what makes it look like I have a hair stylist around me at all times.”

Aside from keeping his hair 100, Boyd has been hard at work on a new record, which he says will come out as soon as possible.

"This has been a labor of love," he admits, noting that he’s got a fantastic team on his side that he totally trusts to make better decisions than him on these sorts of things.

The Team Blake alum recently signed a deal with Copperline Music Group, and his new single "Stuck in Your Head" drops soon. Boyd won season 7 of The Voice after impressive covers of songs like “I Walk the Line” and “You Look So Good in Love,” and he’d also worked as a songwriter with EMI Publishing for three years. His first single, “My Baby’s Got a Smile on Her Face” topped the Billboard Hot Country Charts in 2014.
