Is Case Keenum the long term answer for the Minnesota Vikings at quarterback?

The answer isn't a easy yes or no, but for the time being the answer seems to be yes for this season.

With the lingering issues surrounding Sam Bradford's knee, Keenum has not only started games this year, he has helped the Vikings win games this year.

It hasn't always been pretty and he may not be able to fit balls into tight windows as well as Bradford, he has competed at a high level and made enough plays to propel this offense.

Bradford seems to be in a wait and see mode with his availability on a day to day basis. Mike Zimmer said after Monday's win that Bradford aggravated his knee injury during the game.

There is also a Teddy Bridgewater part to this equation as he is scheduled to be returning to practice next week and could eventually be taken off the PUP list and would be an option.

All that said, the last option I would go to would be Bridgewater this season as he tries to return fully from that catastrophic injury.

So for now it will be Keenum if it isn't Bradford and it may be just enough to keep the Vikings winning.
