Meteorologist Mark Chenard of the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls says southeast South Dakota could receive five inches of snow late Thursday morning and continuing in the afternoon.
Chenard tells KSOO Radio: "Much of the early morning might actually be dry----probably getting light snow or flurries
