Watch South Dakota Restaurant On New ‘Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives’
Not long ago, Food Network's Guy Fieri rolled into the Sioux Empire to film a future Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives episode. At the time when Guy came to Sioux Falls in 2020, it was his first time in South Dakota. Now years after his first trip to the state, Guy Fieri is back! This time Guy is featuring a restaurant located in the West River area.

Bokujō Ramen confirmed in a Facebook post they will be highlighted in a new Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives show on the Food Network on Friday, September 15th! The owners of Bokujō Ramen say this would not have been possible without its loyal customers helping them put "Rapid City on the culinary map."
So what is Bokujō Ramen is all about? This local ramen spot celebrates "the flavors of the Black Hills." According to its website, Brooke and Justin "met in a Japanese restaurant and Japanese food has been a fundamental theme of (their) partnership ever since." They have been to Japan a few times to learn the many ways to prepare ramen. After learning more about the art of ramen, they were eager to showcase their love for the meal and their personal touch for each dish.
Guy Fieri is known for searching for new flavors and twists on food for Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. I'm guessing Guy will highlight Brooke and Justin's love for ramen in this upcoming episode of Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives!
