Which Minnesota Town Gets The Most Rainfall Annually?

On average, Minnesota ranks just behind Iowa in terms of precipitation per year, with around 27 inches. But some areas of the state get considerably more rainfall than others.

Normally, the southeast part of the state gets slightly more rainfall on average than the rest of the state. And the small Minnesota town of Spring Grove is at the top of the list when it comes to annual rainfall.

According to A-Z Animals, Spring Grove receives around 34.5 inches of rain every year, which is considerably more than most other cities and towns across Minnesota.

Spring Grove is located in Houston County, in the far southeast corner of Minnesota, right next to the Iowa and Wisconsin borders. It has a population of around 1,300 people and was founded back in 1855.
