There’s a New ‘Conversation Piece’ in Town

The business formerly known as Zing is now Conversation Piece. The design, decor, and furniture store will celebrate its grand opening on Thursday (June 15) from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM.

There will be door prizes and even a wine tasting from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

The grand opening will give guests an opportunity to meet the new owners and designers, as well as get a tour of the new facility.

The new owners are Patience Pickner and Chelsea Tracy. You many know Chelsea from Chelsea's Boutique on Phillips Ave.

Conversation Piece is a store she decided to open with her mom, Patience. Their main inspiration is urban farmhouse with a few other motifs mixed in. They also hope to have workshops to make custom pieces.

Conversation Piece is located at at 301 S Minnesota Ave on the corner of Minnesota Avenue and 11th Street.

The store's regular hours will be Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, with exceptions depending on downtown events.
